How to Make Chicken Shorba (Soup)
Gather the ingredients.
You will need :- Bone in Chicken, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Cilantro,Ghee, Heavy Cream Whole Spices & Water.
Start by sautéing the aromatics
and spices in ghee.
Place the chicken in a single layer.
Lightly sear the chicken on all sides.
Cover with water and cook low and slow for 45 minutes or so.
Drain the rich chicken stock. Discard the aromatics and spices. Shred the chicken off the bone.
Mix in the cream, fresh cracked black pepper, lemon juice and sip away! See full recipe below.
