Stuffed Palak Paneer Paratha 

Whole Wheat spinach flatbreads with spiced paneer (indian cheese) filling. 

Palak paneer paratha is super easy to make and is perfect for tiffins or for breakfast. It makes for a quick dinner with a side of yogurt and pickle.or quick dinners too.

How To Make  Stuffed Palak Paneer Paratha

Step1 :- Add spinach leaves to a blender, add water, cumin and salt. Blend to a smooth puree.

Step 2 :- Place whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add hing, oil and add the spinach puree a little at a time, and knead to make a dough.

Step3 :-Make a soft and pliable dough.Rest for 10 -15 minutes 

Step 4:- Pinch the dough and divide into 6-7 equal portions.

Step5 :-Makethe paneer filling using grated or crumbled paneer, spices & herbs. 

Step 6:- Stuff the rolled dough with 2 tablespoon of filling and close sides to make a pocket.

Step7 :-Roll into a 6 or 7 inch circle.

Step 8:- Cook the paratha on a hot griddles brushing oil on both sides. 

Palak Paneer Paratha are best served warm with a pickle, yogurt and butter.  Dont forget the Chai.
